Jean Pierre Letellier, MDBorn and raised in New York City, Dr. Letellier moved to New Mexico in 1989 and received his Bachelor's in 1993 and then his medical degree from the University of New Mexico in 2004. He did his residence in Family Medicine at Texas Tech University in Lubbock. Dr. Letellier started his practice in Seminole Tx in 2007 for 12 years before moving to Granbury in 2019. Dr. Letellier is Board Certified in Family Medicine. He is married to his wide Theresa and has two daughters. His hobbies include Golfing and playing Poker. Dr. Letellier enjoys music and running. In his spare time he also enjoys horse racing and reading. Dr. Letellier also speaks spanish fluently.

David Blocker, MD, MPHDoctor David Blocker is a Preventive Medicine physician with over 25 years of experience in patient care, and he is happy to be a part of the Acton Medical clinic team, providing primary care in support of Dr. J.P. Letellier.
As a doctor serving as a flight surgeon in the US Air Force for 21 years, he provided primary care, occupational and preventive medicine to military members, veterans and their families around the globe. Dr. Blocker retired and settled with his family in Granbury in 2018 and began to serve our local community as the Hood County Public Health Authority, providing trusted medical advice to families, medical providers, elected officials, businesses, churches and schools throughout the COVID-19 pandemic and beyond. Dr Blocker is the only physician in Hood County authorized to provide FAA medical exams to commercial and private pilots, performing those exams exclusively at Acton Medical Clinic. Dr. Blocker is also the medical director of the LGMC Wound Care Center, providing advanced wound care services in the local area. |
Summer Cumba, PA-CSummer has been working as a Physician Assistant in the Granbury area for 18 years and has been at AMC for 12 years. She sees a variety of conditions including acute care, general physicals, and chronic diseases. She graduated from Texas Tech Health Sciences Center with her Masters of Physician Assistant Studies in 2002. She lives in Granbury with her husband and son. They are active in Lakeside Baptist, youth sports, and in Granbury schools. On weekends, you can catch her watching sports and spending time with family and friends.

Lyndi Armstrong, APRN, FNP-CI am married to my husband Logan of 10 years, and we have two kids: Nixon and Salem. We live in Acton and have one dog, three goats, and somewhere around 40 chickens. I was an ER nurse for 6 years before I became a Nurse Practitioner. In my spare time I just enjoy spending time with my family and working on the numerous projects around our property.

Richard Neckar, APRN, FNP-BCRichard graduated from Tarleton State University in 1998 with his BS in Nursing. He moved to Granbury in 2001 and has been a resident of Hood County ever since. He served in the military in both the Army and Navy, and was an Officer in the US Navy as a Trauma Nurse in the Nurse Corps. He completed his Masters of Science in Nursing Degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2008 at the University of Texas at Arlington. He currently works full time in Emergency Medicine and part time in Family Practice. Richard has three grown children and enjoys traveling with them often to various places around the world. His hobbies include blockchain technology, travel, watching sports, and cooking.
